What is a content management system (CMS)?

A Content Management System (CMS) gives you control over your website, by allowing you to change content on your website – pages, images, news, products descriptions, and prices, the list is endless. We mainly use the most popular CMS called WordPress.

Do you provide web hosting?

Yes, we can provide fully managed hosting solutions through our hosting provider. We offer fast and secure hosting for all needs and can provide regular update and backup service. Please get in touch for more information.

How long will it take to design my website?

This largely depends on what is involved, as well as how quickly we are provided with all the relevant information we need. A simple website site can be up and running in 1 or 2 weeks. More complex projects can take 2-3 months. When we know your exact requirements, we will send you a schedule and can always provide a holding page to let people know what’s coming.

How much does a website cost?

What your website will cost will depend on what you want (number of pages required, functionality…) – as every website is unique, the time involved in one can vary considerably compared to another. This is why we offer a free price quote so we can give you an estimate as to how much the project will cost.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, we agree on a fixed price before the project starts. We only charge additional fees when a client requests additional features or pages etc. that weren’t originally outlined before the project started. Also note that there is an annual fee for website hosting, domain names, and SSL certificates, but all these costs will be clearly laid out at the start of the project.

Are the websites you design search engine friendly?

All websites we create are optimised for search engines and submitted to Google and Bing.

Do you offer email accounts?

Yes, we offer high-quality personalised email accounts and can even help you to set them up on your mobile devices.

What is the difference between a brand and a logo?

A logo is an image that is understood to represent your company. Typically, it is an image that works alongside a name, a tagline, and possibly other information. A brand is a toolkit that keeps all of your marketing communications cohesive, reflects your values, and helps your audience notice, understand, and value you. A logo is only one element within a brand.
